Ark Chinese - Alameda

Simple, fresh, and tasty dishes in a modest reastaurant where the emphasis is on the food. Well prepared and good service. Two dishes were the tiniest bit on the salty side but were still delicious. Reasonable pricing also a bonus. We would definitely visit again.

Best Chinese food I have had, everything tastes amazing and is very fresh

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area. However like everyone else they are struggling. On days that they are really busy, please be patient as they only have one chef and one cook in the back and as items are individually made to order your first portion of the order may be slightly cold. I highly recommend coming here on slower days. However they still have one of the best handpull noodles.

Not many good chinese restaurants in Alameda, at all, but this is probably the best one..

You have to try the chicken wings with the special sauce! Mm! This sauce is magical. Even more remarkable is how to order take-out or delivery, the chicken wings remain crunchy. Cudes for this recipe!
