The food needs more seasoning for sure. The bread looked great but when we ate it, it was very crispy. Friendly staff and has a reward system. The chicken was really good and plentiful for the sandwich de pollo but had way too many onions on it. The meat was really good on the Cubano. Wish we would had tried their fries cause they looked good. Only had to wait 10 minutes at 1pm on a weekday.

Very good Cuban!! The best in Newberry!! First time coming to this one than the one in Gainesville. Loving your Cubans for 7 years!! May just be my pickup on a weekly basis coming home from work!! 10 minutes is perfect timing to go to and from. Be back!!

I had visited this location many times before and I alwas get very disappointed wit their customer service. However, today for the first time I really enjoy my drive true experience thanks to Max. He was a very respectful and had a positive attitude during the whole transaction. He made me feel welcome and for the first time I didn't regret going to your store. I had visited all of your other locations before and this is the only one with poor customer service. Sothank you very much Max for changing my experience today. ????

I went at 8pm. The restaurant wasn?t busy. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I had the Picadillo empanada as a starter and Ropa Vieja entree with yellow rice and black beans. The food was merely warm, and I would?ve preferred it to be hot. I did not complain or ask it to be heated it. Even though it was only warm, the empanada pastry was crispy, and the picadillo was very well seasoned. The rice and the Ropa Vieja was very well seasoned as well. The black beanscould?ve been a little more seasoned, but they were black beans. I had a sweet tea which was very sweet, so I will go half sweet and half unsweetened next time. I will definitely be back for more.

Mi Apa serves satisfactory food at a reasonable price. We tried the Cuban sandwich and the Miami sandwich. The food was satisfactory, neither extraordinary in taste nor value. Worth a try if you are in the area. The drive thru ordering process was challenging to someone unfamiliar with the cuisine.
