Unique Al Ain L.l.c - Al `Ayn

We went on Friday after the movie. Restaurant located in Town area, Al Ain opposite to the Murabba Police station. First floor for the dining area. Small place but ok. Kerala food is tasty here. We ordered a few items and enjoyed yummy food. The price is also ok. Not much expensive. Good crowds and mainly family people. For two people the budget is around 100 AED. You can visit and enjoy your food. I will go with three stars out of five.

Their food is really good but staffs are sleepy and hospitality is really pathetic... And they are not willing and happy to serve the customers. I was their customer till last night and now decided I will not go there again. Because I ordered food and they supplied then after they are not coming to us by asking anything else or not...And even they are hesitate to provide water to us. During this time there was only few customers inside the restaurant. Then why the staffs are behaving like this. This will make customers run away from the restaurant. If management is seeing this, please rectify this issues.

Rude Behaviour The food is good but my experience with this restaurant is like a roller coaster. They are very moody when they are free and not busy they tend to speak and deliver very well but when they are busy or does not want to cater they insult you. The food no doubt is good. I usually order food from them until now as I will never order food from them when called the person speaking is rude and he does not want to cater. Hope they get good business but experience like this will make people run away. Well have always brought many of my friends for dine in and have told my colleagues to try out their food but will share this experience with them also. And will suggest them to try somewhere else.

Very bad service. For small order we have waited 45 minutes inside restaurant. We came to visit zoo and this restaurant spoiled our entire time.

Keralites dishes are fantastic. They have a wide range of Chinese, North and South Indian dishes, they have separate chambers for the family. The restaurant is clean and clean. Food is delicious. Check the quantity before ordering the food, because it can exceed your abdominal restriction, then you will be forced to waste or package the remaining foods. This restaurant is located near the Al Ain bus stop. I can recommend this restaurant for all ages.
