Eating tasted great got the smoked chicken and already enjoy it. also the mac n cheese so delicious! service was average speed and what they would expect a bit slow, but they were busy. they were made out of the dessert I wanted, but it was late in the night, and I suppose they were made before place and sold out. a much better experience than those in the crashes. I wish there was a bust in north canton, canton or even dover. I marked a star out because the neighboring was a little sketched. but then most papals I have to be in sketchy areas.

Do not use the website or google to tell them whether this place is closed because 945 all the lights are on, workers sit inside and kick it, but not on the drive through the window too politely saying they go *k themselves. if they stop to serve at a certain time, please turn the lights on the drive so that the 3 cars that moved in front of me and I would not have stopped. if the personal is this unprofessional, I can probably assume that eating elsewhere and not supporting this company in the future is a good idea.

Chicken absolutely delicious, mac appear old and hard, I give 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 24mins in line just to place and order, then another 20 mins to get my food

My boyfriend and I went there to get dinner with a coupon. They gave us tenders instead of fried chicken. We had to go back inside, and once we got the correct chicken, they forgot our biscuits. The lady was rude and gave us attitude. Won’t be going there again.

I wouldn’t even give this location a 1 star I’m honestly surprised this place is still open for business with how lackluster your customer service is. You don’t answer the phone, your system is “always down” most days you “only take cash” or are out of things like just shut this entire location down at this point. This has to be the worst Popeyes location in the USA. Be prepared to sit in the drive through for a good 30 minutes to an hour and then when you get to the window they’ll tell you the system is down or they are only taking cash. Yet you won’t answer the phone so people are forced to waste gas and come down just to see if everything if working properly on whatever day.
