Mcdonald's - Akron

Eating is sometimes decent here. but what I like about this place, the presenters have nothing good to say. but the food ok when they are in a hurry and need a bite to eat. food: 4/5

I have dinner. all employees were helpful as we tried the self-service kiosk. and finally has just placed an order in register. turnsbout the kiosk is a bit messed up about the addition of special instructions for the kitchen. They brought us our food and cookies and it seemed clean as if the food brush was managed very efficiently.

35 minutes to breakfast burritos is not almost food. the workers do the best they can with what they can have. they need more help. for my waiting the girl on the drive thru wanted me a $20 card that she very frustrated, apologized and I understand. the management did not say obvious and offered me a free breakfast burrito. after I had to go inside to get my order .. 35 minutes ordeal, other line of autos moved, people get service. cars behind me 8 deep and finally have to go to say here have a $2 burrito of their $18 order.

Love this Mcdonalds location the best! Orders are almost always correct and if not order is fixed right away. Employees are almost always friendly.

If it were possible for 0 stars I would give them that. It's 1:25 am and when I pulled in there's nobody on the speaker. After 3 minutes and several hellos someone comes on the speaker to say they are closed for 20 mins cuz they are switching over and their systems are down. At midnight I believe that but not 1:25 am. Then as I was leaving there were 2 workers out front smoking and the one on the speaker was rushing towards the front away from the counter too.
