Chick-fil-a - Akron

As I drove by this restaurant, I saw that the line was shorter than usual, so I jumped in it. I waited about 5 minutes before my order was taken, which wasn't bad. Once my order was taken I pulled around the other side of the building and my order was ready in about a minute. There were two lines running and they had three people outside taking orders. I felt bad for those three people because it's really cold outside in the winter. But they signed up for it, so... Anyway, I ordered a southwest chicken salad and chicken tenders. The salad came with some seeds, dressing, and tortilla chips on the side. The salad was fresh and delicious, especially the chicken. My son loved his chicken tenders. We would eat here more often if I didn't hate waiting in lines so much.

Before you spend your hard earned money at this location, ask yourself if what you get worth what you pay. This is the only location that serve nearly slider size chicken biscuits as regular size every time I visit. I am so annoyed with this location for breakfast. Service is pleasant and fast but I only go through the drive-thru.

A+ for efficiency! I highly recommend ordering from the mobile app. It's easy. The full menu is available in the app. My order was quickly prepared and I picked it up inside the restaurant. We purchased a few different items today. The food was hot when I picked it up from the mobile order area. The chicken on the sandwich was moist and flavorful. Good ratio of chicken breast to bun. This is the first CHUCK FIL A I have gone to that is super slow. They definitely don't have the customer service thing going on like the rest of them

Very poor catering location. The store owner will not call me back. Their catering manager Christy Stout, blamed me for not receiving payment from an online order. It's impossible to submit an online catering order without payment. She then said they were nice to deliver without payment. Nobody would deliver a $600 order without payment. I have a copy of the original confirmed order with payment. She has now incorrectly charged my card and refused to provide a receipt, or respond to me. Do not cater here!!!!
