We were told that food was not a reason to come here, and this service could be slow. Apart from the fact that we finished the check, our server was polite and laborious. The atmosphere, with the amazing birds, was the absolute... bomb. I would definitely bring guests here for a drink, and we're glad our hosts did exactly that!

Yes, there are peacocks on the grounds and they are beautiful and inconspicuous. The menu has a good choice. Both times there the service was great.

Food not so much. I definitely recommend going there but have a drink enjoy the scenery, maybe an appetizer but the meal was not very good at all. There are so many good places to eat, but not here

I don't want an excellent meal in a huge, beautiful garden and then somewhere else. But if you also want this with bumbleling peacocks, then this is for you. We walked in to see where Tony warmly welcomed. We looked around, took pictures then went to another restaurant recommended by a local. They saw quite a lot of equal dishes at the same prices, so came back to the Peacock. Tony was very accommodating I asked for a special preparation of a fish dish, and he said no problem. I seemed to cook everything you wanted. Tony smiled warm every interaction. Great food, great service, exceptional atmosphere, reasonable prices, English menu. What else could you ask?
