Shoeless Joe's - Ajax

Regular restaurant, that I've been too on more then one occasion. Sometimes service is great, sometimes it's not. Overall the food is okay, particularly love their buffalo chicken flatbread and their deep fried mars bar for dessert.

This is the second or third Shoeless Joe's I have visited. This one was as good as the others. Always good for ribs.

Absolutely ridiculous service and lackluster food. We made a reservation with a large group, were assured that they would have extra servers ready. It was over 1h 45min when the last person got their food. We waited over 30min just to get drinks? The servers mixed up orders, and quite honestly didn't seem to care. One server was wearing clothing that was obviously too small and frankly inappropriate, especially around a hockey team of 13 year old boys. NO EFFORT was made to explain the delay or compensate anyone in our group until we literally went into the kitchen to find someone. Will NEVER be back. Oh - and 2 hours later we don't even have our bills to pay.

Came for lunch in the summer and sat on the patio. Food not good at all, and wow could the server have been confused at where she worked? Her attire was embarrassing everything hanging out from the top and bottom. As well as kids being there too. We have not been back and don't plan on it.

Not my favorite spot as it is very noisy and food only okay. I still go for a change but each time it remains just okay.
