Boston Pizza - Ajax

Great service, good food always. They customized our pizza order for the picky eaters. They also customized our dessert and checked in on us regularly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The mocktails we ordered were completely bland and lacked flavour. The server was kind enough to make us something else. The food was horrible. We ordered a snack platter (forgot what it was called) and requested halal chicken. The chicken was cold and had a freezer taste. When they brought us “clean” plates to use they were all wet because they’d just come out of the dishwasher. Tables were sticky and gross. Definitely not going back.

Edit: Don't know why I bothered to try again... I keep having horrible experiences here. Ordered from door dash and 30 minutes after my payment was processed, I see that they still didn't confirm my order. Contacted door dash and they said the machine was giving trouble.Meanwhile i only live a 2 minute drive away so popped in and the place was dead.. Staff chatting and laughing away. Absolutely disgusting how little they care.. How are they still open? Went around 11pm on Saturday. The wings were fatty and flavorless, also seemed to be microwaved... The cactus fried potatoes were cold and soggy.. Thai chicken bites were similarly soggy and garishly sweet.. The servers however were all really kind and helpful. Shoutout to them but seriously eff Boston Pizza.. At least this location.

Served by rude codescending manager who nearly made my wife cry. If you have specific nonsensical rules about your trivia maybe advertise them rather than treating a new mom who never gets to go out like shes incompetent. Been a BP customer for about 20 years and I will NEVER go back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
