Bidrage med feedbackI came to this Tim Hortons location to order my usual (steak and cheese on a biscuit) around 11:45 AM. I specifically confirmed that I didn’t want any of the sauce that is normally on the steak and cheese on a biscuit. I’m allergic to whatever’s in that sauce. I made sure I repeated it a few times until the person on the headset repeated my order back to me, exactly the way I said it. It sounded as if they understood..I drove off and was stuck in traffic on the highway on my way to Mississauga when I finally decided to eat my breakfast sandwich..the same sauce that I’m allergic to was all over the breakfast sandwich. I ended up staying hungry another two hours because traffic on the 401 was bumper to bumper almost the whole way there. I will not be returning to this location.
This tim hortons is extremely slow, they prioritize drive through and will have one employee handling dine in. Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes for your order. Please schedule more staff!!
We asked for a butter and jam bagel and there was no jam and it wasn’t properly prepared. It was not toasted. The tea was horrible. I was coming really hungry and I got this. Really disappointed.
It's not the best place to start your day. Place an order on speaker, and you get something else. Not once, not twice, it happened over 6 times. Went inside, spoke with the manager, and hoped they would fix this problem, but no luck. I can't blame the employees 100 because they could be short of stuff or management don't hire hire stuff. Anyway, when you get your order, make sure to double-check before driving.
I ordered a pack Timbits it was poorly packaged and fell on the ground. I also ordered a frozen lemonade and I had enough money on my Tim’s card and the employee wouldn’t let me pay with my Tim’s card. Whenever I come here it is a great experience. I believe this mistake was made by someone
