Three Peaks Kitchen - Airway Heights

1:30 on a Sunday. Southwestern blackened salmon sandwich was absolutely perfect. Salmon was best I’ve had in a long time and the flavors of the sandwich were perfect, they didn’t over kill with the slaw like most places do. Tots were nice and crispy. Cheap beer $2! and a delightful mimosa flight. The chicken and waffles were a hit too. The waffles were sooo good. Fluffy and vanilla tasting. I bet the pancakes are legit. Service was good, nothing out of this world but I appreciated the privacy with my partner. We will be back!

Had a reservation for 7 people and when we arrived, there was no food. They were taking walk-ins in place of canceled reservations. This was for Christmas dinner and I just didn’t expect this to happen since we frequent this establishment. How do you run out of food? Needless to say, the waitress told us, “ I know nothing about this cause I don’t cook the food.” It was just terrible! How do you tell people to make reservations for a Christmas buffet meal then run out of food? Poor planning and poor marketing and there is really no excuse for this type of situation to happen.

All I can say food is always good but , was very disappointed on how we were treated by the manager. We explained the issue but pretty much brushed us off like it didn’t matter. I thought customers come first but apparently not in his world!

We came in last night 7/5/23 for the prime rib special. We were very dissapointed. Got our drinks in timel manner and ordered. Our salad took quite a while to get ,so we did not have the time to eat them before the prime rib came. Did not want the prime rib to get cold. The prime rib had so much fat on it. After we cut it off there was very little meat left and it did not have much flavor. Baked potatoe was good. Our dessert was cake pops . They came well one did and it was melted and very mushy. My husband got his finally and was pretty much the same. He unwrapped it and it fell off the stick and landed on the table. We had this special the last time it was offered and it was a lot better. We were needless to say very dissapointed.

All in all a very nice place to eat. A bit on the spendy side and no booths if you require a bit of conversation privacy but the food and service were pretty stellar. I will totally go again.Food: 5/5
