Tim Hortons - Airdrie

This is twice this week I was here. it needs good cleanliness. There are at least four workers in the back and nobody cleaned up anything out here. it's so quiet, they don't know where the chaos came from, as it was when I came in. tables benches and floors are dirty, but they can safely back.

This Tim's location is well organized and quick. The food/drinks are how they're supposed to be. We're never disappointed!

They never have yougert whenever I go they said sorry we don't have. Why they don't make enough for the day. I tried different timing to check but always they don't have.

I ordered an egg farmers wrap, and it didnt have the hash brown in it, so i went back in, handed me a hash brown so that I COULD ADD it to the already cold wrap because i had to wait to eat it. It seems like the customer service standard has been lowered and this isnt the first time ive beeb disappointed with tim hortons customer service

We ordered soup because our family wanted warm hot soup and this is what we got ???? watered down broccoli. Not only did he get poor service and terrible treatment we come home to this …. 90$ for what
