Mcdonald's - Airdrie

They get food, but it will probably not be right or made in a reasonable amount of time. as soon as they order, they change it from in progress to serve now, then they wait 10-15 minutes for eating. it seems to be the policy to manipulate order statistics. if they have made something on their order, they will check it before they go.

Why is this McDonald’s even here?? The service is literally the slowest I’ve ever had. Please shut down and go away.

Pros: the banana cookies are good. The food was hot and fresh.Cons: the QR scanner at the self serve ordering kiosk does not scan your code so you have to input it manually.

I don't know who gave them 5 stars and please please hire some staff waited in line for order asked three times extra mayo extra mayo the girl punched it wrong told her to correct it guess what got with no mayo. While i was standing in line 4 people went away. Ordered 4 times from here 2 times 50% chance of successful order. The complaint will go to head office as well. Thankyou.

Ordered off skip. Asked for no bacon in the egg McMuffins, ended up getting nothing inside them. 10/10 the easiest request yet couldn’t be fulfilled. They have a low rating on Google and skip for a reason.
