Hi Oh really If your customer service is very very good that’s why your review is 2.8 out of 5 lol.. I am not racist. I am Indian too. I visit your store 3 time only. So it’s your employees routine to giving wrong orders not following instructions when people asked to change then it is rude for you guys ! Oh Come on ! Your oily hair employee said to another girl oh Kehndi Ice zda paa diti .. ask her what the mean Kehndi ??? I wasn’t rude with her otherwise I ask her same time what her meant by oh Kehndi ? And definitely teach her how to talk in Punjabi.. using these words she shows her etiquette. I don’t want to waste my time on her stupidity. I ignored her words. me and my husbnd didn’t rude with you and your employee, we just asked to remove some ice cube , that wasn’t a big deal for you and your employee, I didn’t asked for return or changed it. I know you felt becoz when I told you for less ice meant exactly you felt embarrassed front of other customers. Sug: Atleast teach some customer service skills and etiquettes, if you think like these words (oh Kehndi , Kehnda are appropriate for customer then you also have to learn customer service skills as well. How to talk with customers. FYI: We both were not rude with her. I let her know less ice means 2 3 cubes not 7 8 ice cubes. If you think my explanation about less ice was rude in front of other Punjabi customers that’s your problem not mine. Your mix juice wasn’t good at all , I got sick after drinking . Worst customer service ever. Zero customer skills even no idea how to talk in Punjabi or English. If you can’t speak both languages correctly plz stay at back. Food: 1 Service: 1

The lady just took an empty cup, walked to the back, then came out with my drink. My freshly squeezed pineapple juice was very watery and half cup filled with ice. Definitely did not feel it was freshly squeezed. After a few sips, I had to throw it away. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1

Despite what they keep stating in their replies, they definitely don’t “make it right before your eyes”. They go into the back for a while, come back with cups full of juice and then fiddle with and seal the cup behind a stickered counter.
