My toppings pizza was more like a one topping impersonation of a Deep dish pizza Chicago style . It was cheese , salami , green pepper . Useless to say that it was tasteless and I have been...charged for that ! A rip off . The receptionist even had the audacity to tell me that his pizza were the same as the Chicago Deep Dish in North West Calgary . This was pretty close to an impersonation and was it ever distant from what we get at the other Chicago Deep Dish pizzeria that we’ve tried before ! I called right away to let them know of their mistake since mushrooms , pepperoni and black olives were not in the pizza but were charged . They charge by the quantity of toppings . I placed my order at PM and they close at PM . I was told when I called back that they were closed however no excuses were offered neither a solution to their mistake . A complete lack of professionalism . I intend to return the pizza tomorrow for a full refund even if we ate squares out of the squares pizza . If they can’t accommodate the customer they should have said : we are out of mushrooms , pepperoni , black olives , green pepper and motivation . Quick delivery since it was a botch job and rude receptionist .

If you're hungry for a hearty loaded deep thick pizza instead of one of those paper thin burnt crust designer Zzaaas then you have to try this place. Great fresh toppings...real friendly service....ready on time.

Love this pizza. Its always a stop when I go to Airdrie. The service isn't the best but the deep dish pizza sure is!!!!
