Diablo's Southwest Grill - Aiken

Good morning. It is currently 11:41 am on Wednesday, August 16th, 2023. I am reaching out to express my satisfaction with the excellent customer service I received during my visit today. There were four ladies working at the restaurant whom I did not get the names of, but I truly appreciated their exceptional service. The young lady who initially took my order noticed that the food was not up to standard and took the initiative to remedy the situation. Their courtesy, respect, and honesty made a lasting impression on me. I want to extend my gratitude to all of them, particularly to the lady who took the time to ensure my order was redone. Thank you.

I ordered a cup of queso and this is what I received. I also did not receive any chips with my order. My boyfriend doesn't eat chips so he didn't know, but I usually receive 2 bags with my order. What's going on? Please improve.

Our experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The staff were extremely unprofessional and rude, rolling their eyes whenever we asked a question. The food was served cold and was completely unappetizing. I would not recommend this place to anyone, not even my dog.

My husband and I just lunched at diablos on whiskey road in Aiken. The service was fast and friendly and they did not skimp on the portions. The manager checked on us to see how our meal was and they kept the place swept and cleaned. We would recommend them to anyone.

The worst Diablos I have ever went to. The hours of operation is 11am to 9pm. They closed down at 8pm. I was severed out of plastic containers and was given shredded cheese that look like cottage cheese.Dietary restrictions: Food is not fresh
