El Pollo Loco - Agoura Hills

This is absolutely the best el pollo loco out of them all. They serve the best quality meat and everything is a little more upscale at this location than the other ones in the valley for sure and service is good. The only negative I could say is they do leave something out of the order a lot or don't put white meat in when I ask as opposed to dark meat.This is next to my job so I just make sure to check my order fully before I leave or eat it and everything is A OK.

Great chicken fast food. Fast service. Place is normal fast food not to expect much, parking somehow tight .

Pleasant drive thru staff. Impressive multitasking. However, the chicken was by far the worst I've had from this establishment. It was practically jerky. It was obvious too. The most disappointing aspect is the idea that the person that packed the meal did not care.

Bad customer service. Some of the employees are very rude and unprofessional. They never welcome you. Look at you. They don't do anything just to run or really work slowly. It's funny. I don't know who hires them. Last time I was there to get help from a man who had a headset. He said I'll give myself a second. He was free, but he didn't care. After 5 minutes, a lady helped me. He was really unprofessional.

The Chicken Taco al Carbon was beyond my expectations, possibly the best deal Ive seen all year. the chicken was grilled perfectly and complimented by the onions and cilantro. its my new favorite.
