Bidrage med feedbackMostly now with covid, but eating is very good!!! many people stayed away because the previous property was not great, but now many natives are very satisfied with the quality and aromen!
I had heard from other people eating here that it was pretty good. that wasn't my experience. the service was wonderful. the woman I think belongs the place was such a beautiful woman. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the food. the flesh was dry and tasted almost like carton, which had been brewed all day. the sauces were good, but I can't survive how dry the meat was. I don't want to give them a bad assessment because of the nice lady who serves us, but I won't go back there.
Hubby and I live near agassiz and had tried a few years ago to try out the eating of tandoori bites just to be disappointed that it was lacking real taste. our popular local Indian restaurant is shandhar hat in chilliwack, but yesterday had nabeby. a way to walk in agassiz so we decided to give tandoori bites another away and eat to take dinner. without looking at the menu, he ordered cured goats for both of us, a hot and a medium, as it was our experience that most Indian restaurants serve. the dame that supported him in the restaurant did not indicate that they did not serve goats, so that he assumed that we did. in reality it was nothing like goats in look, texture and taste. we both felt that it looked like bark meat and even that it had very little taste and not what I would call a curry dish from far away. there were some rest, so today I might add something cumin and other spices to see if I can curb it a bit. if not, then lection learned. overall, very disappointed in this restaurant. our foods did not have a tenth of the taste and quality of the food we get in shandhar hat, not to resist that we do not even know what they sold us for meat! in future I think we will stick with what we know.
We were in harrison hot springs and for one of the evenings decided on a very rainy evening we wanted indian food. we saw in agassiz a restaurant called tandoori bites. we did not expect many people to find there as it pours with rain and one of the days they want to stay in. there were some people who eat and many came to get out. the food was excellent. the naan one of the best I had and the whole meal was delicious. if we are ever back in the opposite, will definitely be a plan to eat in tandoori bites. not beautiful, but beautiful inside.
I live in Vancouver and I would say this is the best Indian restaurant I’ve eaten at in years. Fresh food, nice service. Takes time, but it’s fresh and delicious.
