The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Even for a customer in need. It felt like the staff assumed that I knew everything, and when I had issues with the Hesburger app, they laughed instead of helping me. When I inquired about drinks, I was met with rudeness. I wanted to leave, but decided to stay. The food was subpar with soggy hamburgers, greasy containers, and paper wrappers for the French fries. Additionally, half of the drinks had pests in them. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Ordinary pearl food that goes well into life, but cannot be surprised compared to hamburgers.

I went to Hesburger with an empty stomach and ordered a combo meal. The cashier, a good-looking young woman, took my order. However, my experience quickly turned sour when I received my food. The hamburger patty was cold and tasteless, the fries were hard, and my drink was only filled halfway. If you're looking for a good meal, I would not recommend this place.
