VALERIE THE SHIFT LEADER was incredibly rude. I had ordered shake and I had the proof with order number and it was the current location. Refused to make my order said what do u want me to do about it and slammed the window cutting me off when I read back the order number after SHE ASKED ME FOR IT ! She refused to give me my money back and while showing her my phone she canceled my order in front of me!! Can 't make this up. Should not be in customer service. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND TIME GO ELSEWHERE. THIS IS HOW SHE TREATS SERVICE MEMBERS ?? Never been so disrespected carls needs to do something about this employee !!!

This can't be a fast food place I waited 5 minutes for the young lady. To come take my order then 10 minutes for them to drop my chicken tenders in the grease, add another 10 minutes. For them to box them up and hand them to me That's Ridiculous They need To let them all go and get someone that really wanna work. Took them almost 30 minutes to prepare one Employee said because they was making them fresh . They didn't have to kill the chicken nor pluck his feathers. So it shouldn't took no 30 minutes.
