Ordered food on the app. They charged my account for the food. Then refused to give us food and also didn't give us our money back. Out $30 and they won't answer the phone either to get this fixed. Will have to go in and hope for better customer service than we've had so far. If you want food, choose literally any other option in town guys!
Ordered a pizza...delivery guy showed up late with a bag full of marinara sauce and no pizza.
I ordered delivery for 5:30 one night and not only was my driver late 23 minutes, but my pizza was cold, taco pizza was poorly made, and the driver informed me I need to change my rewards name. Although my manager at the Kinnick store approves of it.
Worst service I’ve gotten in a long time. Cashier rang up wrong items, and wouldn’t listen. Didn’t notice the extra items till I got home. Food was absolute garbage guy in the kitchen put way too many toppings sauce on the subs. The sandwiches literally fell apart became inedible. Ordered one sandwich toasted it came burnt and missing ingredients. Called the store took over 10+ minutes and multiple calls to get ahold of someone mind you and got completely blown off by the guy in the kitchen after asking to speak to a manager. Next time I’ll take the time and drive to Kwikstar or go somewhere completely different. Never touching Casey’s again.
