Carter's Fried Chicken - Adel

Waited in drive through to order. Final was able to order the food. Once I got up to the window I had to order again! Then I was told to park. I waited and my order was 100% wrong. I told the employee and she just said I don’t know. I got box of undercooked regular fry’s, not what I ordered. I just left ! People pay for your food. It is not unreasonable to expect to get what you pay for. Carters read the reviews fix the wait times and the food issues! It probably wouldn’t hurt to reach out to customers to make it right would it?

Always been good, but lately food too salty and had three instances of order being incorrect. Still eat there, staff friendly and always eager to correct mistakes, prices good.

I go to Carter's because of their chicken it very good they serve it hot and the staff is friendly . I go to Carter's for lunch . You can eat in or takeout .

Went to the drive thru,it was at least 25 minutes waiting to order,after paying 22.81 for 2 meals and 1 drink discovered after leaving the chicken was not what I ordered, but didn't want to wait any longer,so take my advice stay away from this place on weekends and when the B team is on duty, Service is terrible,when the cats away the mice will play.
