We dined here as part of Bahia del Duque hotel half board offer. Utter disappointment! Dish sizes were inconsistent, some food was burnt. I hate complaining, as I’m sure staff work very hard, but this has really left unpleasant taste, literally! The half board inclusive dishes are not even worth attention. Everything else is very average at premium prices. Avoid and walk 10min down the beach for quality food at half the price!

So disappointing ! Came here last year and had a lovely meal. Revisited this year with some friends and have to say I am so disappointed. Some of the food was ok- basic but ok Fajitas , nachos , garlic prawns, bruschetta . However I had the turbot which was awful. I got 2 small bites of fish and the rest was just skin and fatty pieces of jelly. The service was good and staff were very friendly. But very overpriced at 600 Euros . Most expensive meal of the holiday and by far the most disappointing.

1st class food and service. Complimentary glass of fizz on arrival. Chimychanga was exceptional amd the soft tacos are amazing.

It’s a shame because we came here last year and we really enjoyed it, however this year wow. We witnessed 4/5 different guests complain about the food, service and waiting time. Sadly we had to complain as we waited almost an hour for our food, our drinks came after that (which we had to remind the waiter for) had to remind the staff to have a baby chair after 10/15 mins standing waiting for one and then again had to ask for the bill 5 times, we knew it would take that long we asked for it when ordering our dessert and STILL had to wait after we finished. Food came cold and asked to be taken of the bill which at first the waitress laughed at my partner for asking. Overall would give this a 1/5 but it’s clearly a management issue, not enough staff or trained staff at best.
