88 - Adeje

The food, service and location are outstanding an absolute must if you’re staying near by. Just a 30 min walk along from Costa Adeje too !

We would highly recommend Restaurant 88. Great for couples and families alike. Have visited several times and never had a bad meal or experience. Sushi is very good, Spicy Pepper Squid is also a good starter choice and the Sweet Crispy Chilli Chicken is exceptional as good as you will eat anywhere. Best time to dine is just before sunset and if you are lucky, you will get a table looking out across the harbour toward La Gomera as the sun goes down perfect. Friendly staff too, all in all a great meal out.

88 is our favourite restaurant of the Ventura group and in fact our favourite restaurant on Tenerife. We always visit 88 a couple of times each trip. The location is perfect and food is fantastic Last night our experience was disappointing due to the service. From the minute we sat down it felt like the clock was ticking and we were being hurried. But we are pros at 88 and were not being rushed and taking our time and enjoying the moment. We weren’t however expecting our waiter to say to us you know you’ve only got 1.5 hrs. I queried that I thought the table was for 2 hours to which he replied yes you do but you’ve only got 1.5 hrs left. We were speechless. It’s a shame that the waiting staff let the quality of the kitchen down. The food was superb but we left the restaurant after 1.5 hrs very disappointed with the experience. The waiters comment was completely unnecessary and I’m sure you don’t want your guest to feel that the staff can’t wait for them to leave so they can rush the next set of guests through.

Una experiencia increíble! Mi favorito: el sushi Maguro, tiene un toque de lima que me encantó. Espectacular el pato crujiente. Y nos recomendaron un muy buen vino para acompañar el sushi. Excelente servicio y comida riquísima.

Una buena experiencia. El restaurante es algo pequeño pero es acogedor y con espacio suficiente, además está frente al mar La carta es no muy extensa pero suficiente. A destacar la carta de vinos con un buen surtido de buenos vinos. El servicio es atento, simpático y profesional. La comida estaba realmente deliciosa. La carta de postres es escasa y los postres muy mejorables. En cuanto al precio, algo caro, que se puede justificar por la zona , pero la comida si bien estaba buena, sigue siendo cara. Por este precio 130 € (un primero a compartir, dos segundos , dos postres, una botella de vino de 24€ y dos cafes) he comido mejor en otros sitios. Pero en general fue una buena experiencia que seguro repetiremos.
