Bidrage med feedbackFollowed conventional directions and after 10 minutes ravioli is still frozen. I called it and threw it after reading from other reviews, where others became sick, from eating this product. interesting name for a company that gets people sick and can not even provide reliable cooking. better!
Rancid meat in the cheese ravioli. Not one piece in the bag actually contained cheese, company needing to recall this product made me sick as I am vegetarian
This was our go to frozen pasta for many years. I made Beef Ravioli and Classic Cheese Tortellacci for my husband and I once a month. I cook the Tortellacci first, and using the same water in the pot, I cook the Ravioli. That all changed when we both became ill shortly after eating their pasta. I believe it was the Tortellacci that was bad as it had an odd taste and using the same water infused the Ravioli. As a loyal customer, I reached out to them via their Contact Us link on their website. That was months ago. I haven 't heard a peep from them. Apparently, being a regular, loyal customer of their product is not a value to this company. Very disappointed in their lack of response and will not purchase their products in the future.
I've been a fan of Perfect Pasta when they first opened their little restaurant next to the railroad tracks near Grand and Harlem. Always love their pasta and would say it's as good as homemade. Recently I had purchased the Asiago cheese gnocchi to entertain some guests was so disappointed when the seal on the gnocchi's hadn't sealed properly and all the cheese was in the water. What's more disappointing is that I've written to Perfect Pasta through their website and have called in 4 separate occasions to have no one return a call. I realize I may not be the larger restaurant making the purchase but a call back and just a replacement of the 2 bags would have made me happy. Now, I don't believe I'll purchase their pasta as it's obvious they don't stand behind their products.
Your Spinach and Cheese Ravioli is out of this world!! Yummy!
