Dave Buster's - Addison

When we came to the restaurant, we weren't open, so we sat in the bar. We haven't seen a bartender or waiter anywhere. One of the employees, Erin was very nice. She has our water and found someone who takes our order! It's nice if all employees work together as a team!

Food was good and reasonable. Spent too much money on the games! Have fun for the children (and me).

The worst was eating. I ordered the nachos and there were literally 1 tablespoons of cheese. Worse ever. I wasn't in a year, but, never disappointed in your food. The cook was not interested this evening and it showed.

We had a reservation of 2:30. We looked at 2:30 and the hostess told us that despite many open tables they could not accommodate reservations. She said it was about 30 minutes waiting. Three hours later, we haven't sat yet. We found a place at the bar and sat there.

Waiter was over worked, found hair in our food was supposed to get a discount. Then she did over charge my card and when she went to fix it my discount was taken off. Had to wait again for her to make a correction overall experience was not great
