Hillbilly's Wing Shack - Adamsville

We were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful little restaurant that features a live band on the weekends. The variety of wings on the menu is extensive and the atmosphere is welcoming to all. Don't hesitate to try out these delicious wings - your taste buds will thank you!

We were warmly welcomed when we came to the building. the owner and the personal have treated us well and made sure that we were happy. there are so many combinations of wing styles and aromen, the possible combos seem infinite. great atmosphere!

Everything was perfect until I got my food and we order 20 boneless wings for 28 dollars the wing coming out and it looks like the end of a bag of pop maishuhn the waitress comes says she will fix it it has a server bringing me four more pieceshuhn (popcornhuhn) and then we ask for the bill and the prices were not even the same as the menu I'll just be getting kno

AMAZING wings!!! Great atmosphere feels like the restaurant has been here for generations. I hear that the Hillbilly Burger is also off the charts.

I wish I had written this review a year ago when I would have given it 5 stars. However, the quality of the meat has significantly decreased. I couldn't even identify 6 out of the 10 "wings" I ordered. The service was also lacking, as we were never checked on throughout the meal. The server came to our table multiple times, but it felt like they were just checking up on us for the sake of it. Despite my love for this place and its close proximity to me, I don't think I will be returning. It's hard to believe I just spent $50 for that experience. Unfortunately, my last 6 visits have all been disappointing.
