Krystal - Acworth

Krystal's has closed the inside of the building for no dine-in option in case no one knew like I didn't until the day I was forced to spend 45 minutes in the drive thru. While waiting in a line of 4 cars we saw a Krystal's employee crossing the highway from the convenience store with a bag of female feminine products and I'm almost positive that is a major reason for the almost hour stall of everyone receiving their food. LADIES please...Those that know they are expecting to start their cycle make sure you're PREPARED. This has been happening to all females since the beginning of time so it's nothing new be ready!

Super nice staff in drive through, the lady forgot one of our combos so we came back and told her, she apologized fixed my order fresh and smiled and apologized once more..Thank you guys for your kindness..

Terrible experience. I went for my lunch break and I walked through the door and it took 5 mins till they took my order which is kind of normal these days but what was terrible about it is the fact that I did not receive my food until 10 mins before my lunch break was over. It took them that long to get my food to me. All after the cashier when taking my order said that I will receive some fresh ones because some had just come up. By the time I actually got them they were barely even warm. This was my last and final visit with this krystals and possibly all.

No, customer service. I didn't get what I ordered and mo an answer when I called, have no time to go back and I don't think I ever go back sick.

Through the ride thru and the woman who took my order was very patient and the staff was very friendly. I added the 3 Chiks pimento cheese, it was fresh and very good. I'd say it hits bojangle's chicken sandwich. The sweet tea was also some of the best I had in a while! To complete it, the taters were fresh, hot and crispy. Thank you.
