Dietro Le Quinte

We visited this place three times in our 12 days stay in Puglia with our two young children. The place was always pretty crowded with local people but we were almost the only tourists in town. The service was good, the food was great and the waiter/owner speaks excellent English.

Wide choice of sandwiches, pizza and beers. I got a sandwich with the burger of a unique exquisiteness.

Burgers not too bad but do not match the photos. Interesting Italian influence in the proposals but at the end, the result is medium. The bread is industrial, I had a little Brie in my burger, the beer at the pressure was not available, there are no fries and we were told that the device at CB was broken. We had to remove liquid from the distributor that is in front of 5 meters, as by chance. Such a mixed experience. Good service.
