The Republic Grill - Accra

The food and the service were OK, but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere of the place was incredible. It's mainly outdoor seating, right next to a busy road, but everyone there is out to have a good time. Its a good place to have a few drinks after a long day. Soak up some good vibes and hang out with a mixed crowd

Went out for drinks the energy was awesome, good music and good drinks. Would highly recommend trying the palm wine for tourists, ended up being my favorite. The staff is nice and welcoming. The area seemed a bit sketchy though, it did not feel comfortable walking around to get there, so make sure the uber drops you off at the exact place.

I love this place! My third visit to Republic reminded me to leave a review as it’s one of the first places I go when in Ghana. Service is always excellent and the food is delicious. The yam chips here are 10/10 and only on par with Prisons. Drinks are amazing and I just discovered they were all made with akpeteshie! The more you know. Location is always a vibe and there’s something about sitting on plastic chairs in the middle of an Oxford street side street enjoying life.

Great chill spot in Accra... they close when you leave... whenever that is...lol... good energy and been known to host the odd celebrity or 2 ...

Republic was marvellous! Their MC, Bobby J, is amazing . So much fun!! The atmosphere is always electric, people are relaxed and ready to dance at the drop of a beat... always a lively night out.
