Bidrage med feedbackWe were here for the birthday last hour. The music is very goo, Mariachis music 50 years ago, loved it. On the other hand, the food was quite normal, the chicken was so dry that the two people who ordered it had to return. Beef was not tender. But the shrimp cocktail was very good. The Tampiquena was not very good and very small in relation to other restaurants where I had it. They were very fair duogh, they took the chicken back and did not give it up and gave us dessert for the inconvenient. I would go back for good music at any time, but I would have just a Scriimp cocktail for dinner.
Thursday is pazole day in Acapulco. Here they offer 7 different kinds on a buffet . You can try more than one. The sides are brought to your table and are plentiful. Average food, good service and a traditional atmosphere. Karaoke as entertainment. $125 pesos pp....We enjoyed the evening but would try other places for the experience.
We visited here whilst in Acapulco on a cruise ship and they brought us here for lunch and pool after a morning out. Previous reviews are much too generous in their comments about this place! It is low calibre in every way. Food is mediocre...and below average. Service is shockingly bad, you need to ask repeatedly for drinks, food and other items. They simple do not relay your requests or they just forget completely! Go elsewhere, if they want to rediscover the glory days of Acapulco they need to improve dramatically.
Essentially a good restaurant with excellent service. I tried it for breafast. The food was well prepared, but they didn't ask me how I like it. I had expected the chorizo to be separated from the eggs, but they mixed it all....The coffee was exceptionally good. What I found strange for a tourist place is that they had no bread at all. If they want to attract foreigners, they have to change that. The waiters were great and very helpful.
Beautiful sea view setting. Excellent meals and antojitos. Superior friendly service. Top restaurant on the Costera!
