Sheratone Mount Abu

We had booked a room with garden facing but got a different room with less space and no garden facing view. When we asked for the same, the owner rudely answered that I have given you whatever you had booked. He was not ready to listen, instead rudely replied that you have wasted my time, you can take your money back and leave. He was not ready to explain on what basis, he was giving us the smaller room and keeping the larger one of the same price booked for other guests who hadn't even arrived because he hadn't given us any room number while booking. He didn't even have the courtesy to talk politely even after his fault. Even the restaurant was closed and there was construction going on which created much noise. Owner Attitude was very rude and he was behaving as if he is giving me the room for free or discounted price. Very bad experience.

Price a bit on a higher side. Decent Room size.its a old hotel but recently renovated. The room we had, intercom not working. Cushion cover were old with broken zip. AC remote didn't have batteries. These are some minor details which they need to work on because they are charging premium money. Check in time/Check out time : 09:00 AM. They don't provide Bed Breakfast facility. You only get the room. You can buy breakfast/lunch/dinner separately from thr restaurant.

It's very beautiful places in Mount Abu, Hotel room and garden location very excellent, all hill atmosphere and home filling present in this hotel.

Nice interior designes and very beautiful gardening place. sheratone service is very good for costomer hotel look so beautiful such as entry gate, Reception background, lighting, lift, room window beside garden look, atmospheric hill view, etc
