Pizza Hut - Abu Dhabi

This pizzhut is completely different from other... it will need more time to order and get our pizzas. the employees are really good. have more space, but less customers nd no hurry, but do not know why it will take time there.

I visited this branch of Pizza hut on 02nd July at 11:30 pm with my family n nobody welcomed us. After finding a table which looked a little more cleaner than the other tables. We sat and it took almost 10 minutes for one of the waitresses to get our order. I will not visit this branch anymore.

Absolutely Ridiculous service. I ordered pizza with side and drinks nd waited for 20 mins. After 20 mins I got wrong pizzas and wrong drinks. I spoke to Store Manager Sujan and explained him the problem. He said he will make the correct pizzas I waited for 40 Mins and by the time I got home rest of the food and sides was cold. I'll never go back to this store again and I'll strongly advice my friends and family To avoid this store.

The worst service, I have ever encountered. The staff is less. There is no cleanliness. No hygiene protocols. Tables are dirty, and are only cleaned when a customer comes over and requests for it. I really can't understand how this branch is supervised

We ordered wingstreert bone out. It was not tasty at all . Taste like regular chicken breast not wings. Overpriced. We wanted the bone in they!said its no longer available.
