They were practically out of food early in the evening, jipped us on 4 pieces of chicken either intentionally without telling us or on accident when they had to replace the thighs with breasts (absolute trash mind you), and refused to answer their phone after 5 separate calls. Unacceptable. After submitting a review through their online system and asking to be contacted, they fixed the problem by sending us a $1/ voucher for more chicken. The location and the chain are a joke.

I got to meet the manager Cassie she is very sweet and is so lovable and easy to talk to she def deserves to be there! Super patient, kind and always willing to chat!!always says hi!!! And I’d go back just to say hi or chit chat with her love her personality and she’s so beautiful
