Bidrage med feedbackStay away!!!I made my reservation through hotels looked for a pet friendly hotel, which at the portal says the hotel is pet friendly.Upon arrival, as im entering the lobby, a rude lady by the name of Haylee yelled at me “no pets allowed!!”.She continued yelling “I don’t know why IT hasn’t fixed the website but our policy is no pets”.Picture the whole situation. It’s 7:00 pm and we’re all tired after driving for hours. I’m at the lobby with my bags, my wife, my kid and my dog and this lady yelling with no reason.I haven’t said a word up to this moment.I’m about to loose it for this whole thing, but I’m not going to yell back at her. Instead, I want her to propose a solution.I explained I’m confused as I have paid in advance for the room and the property is listed as pet friendly.She says “you are welcome to stay but your dog can’t”. I don’t know what this lady thought I was supposed to do.She then said, in an attempt to obviously get rid of us, “you can stay with the dog for a few”. I’m like, ok, let’s do it. “She goes like, the fee is $500”. I’m like, ok, whatever.This is the most outrageous and rude experience I’ve had in a while in a hotel.The lady Haylee should either be trained in customer service and be sympathetic to others situation, especially when this is the hotel’s problem!!!!If the Holiday Inn is not able to update its policies through the different portals and websites it uses, then discontinue using portals and online services. It’s that simple!!Stay away!!!
Literally booked this room for the pool and hot tub. Called and verified that they had both earlier in the week and when we show up they say oh the hot tub is down and we've been waiting on a part...Of course no refunds but I live less than 10 minutes down the road... wanted to soak my back after a long week of tree work from the recent storms...I'm soooo mad atm...Noteworthy details: When you say you have amenitie and we verify amenities... I EXPECT AMENITIES!
STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This was absolutely the WORST hotel stay my family has ever experienced. Got to the hotel for our stay, went to our room #1), it was a hard core smoker room when we had asked for non smoking. We asked for another room #2), and there was man hair and pubes all throughout one of the beds was a great sight to see for the kids! ! Now annoyed and frustrated, went to the front desk and asked for a new room #3), the thermostat was broken and the room was so hot. They had not offered a discount or refund or anything at this point and they had 3 chances to get us a decent room. We then requested a refund because we were going to go somewhere else. Then, they did kindly refund our stay, but it is quite inconvenient to have to change your plans. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst Holiday Inn!
Nice clean Holiday Inn. No free morning breakfast as stated, but had a breakfast buffet that was a bit spendy. Was a very short visit but located close to an event we're attending. Had an issue with billing but they were very helpful in getting it fixed. I would stay again if in the area...overall its a very good place to stay.
Booked a room almost 3 months in advance. I was given a room overlooking the restaurant vents and a big air conditioning unit. The shower had long black hairs in it. I let the front desk know as I was checking out. She said she would have the manager call me when she got in. It's been over a week now and still haven't heard back from them.Rooms: Room was not very clean.
