Ridiculous… just about EVERY time I pick up carry out it’s screwed up… definitely more that 50% of the time. We’re talking over 10 years of dealing with this place I’m adding to my review, as once again, they screwed up another simple order. And there have been a number more screwups in between these reviews. I just didn’t bother to comment on them. The managers name is Kyle and that kid absolutely sucks at his job. You drive home and have to drive back to pick up missing items you paid for and they all act like it’s not a big deal that you wasted your time and gas And take minimal responsibility. It just doesn’t change. I don’t know if every Buffalo wild wings is the same way or this one just leads the way in incompetence, I urge you to thoroughly review your orders before leaving the place. Again, that kid Kyle should be managing a bathroom in that place that’s about it

I told the waitress I was ordering the BOGO wings. I ordered boneless, offer was for bone in or traditional. My error, I didn't realize my error until I got the bill. The waitress should of realized the error when I ordered. Frustrating!

Carry out order said that pickup was 7:50pm. Been waiting here well past 15 mins had plenty of time to do this review with no food in sight…food has always been great here but their carry out is pathetic. As I stand here multiple people have been served past me; not happy. *Update, their receipt in store somehow said 8:00pm pickup so the website and store times are off by 10mins…got the order by 8:06pm* Would have given 5 star for atmosphere but they had Bud Light banners EVERYWHERE.
