Natural Food - Abilene

Staff is extremely friendly and they remembered us from our first visit. They offer a ton if healthy options, and food is great! I recommend the veggie burger and a spinach salad. UPDATE Went for brunch today and it was amazing as well. Had the El Azteca Omelette and the gluten free waffle

Great place with good healthy options! Some of their menu items are small/reasonably portioned and some are generously so. Choices for appetites of all sizes. More than half the menu can be adapted to gluten free and some vegetarian options. They have dairy free smoothies available with almond milk and coconut milk as well. Its either very busy or very slow. Love love love this place.

We stopped here for lunch as we were passing through Abilene on a road trip. Lovely café with lots of gluten free options. Smoothies were delicious as well. Staff was very friendly. Prices were excellent for the amount of food we were given. They had a small table with lots of toys for children to sit at and play. My two young children really enjoyed playing with the chalk. Lovely park and playground across the street as well. Perfect stop if you're passing through town.

We are trying to change our diet, so we have started trying to eat healthier. This is really a great restaurant for eating healthy. Love the meatloaf they serve on Wednesdays...this trip, I had the vegan burger (house made)...very good. Made with black beans and brown rice. Cooked with onions and mushrooms and served with homemade brown gravy...grilled asparagus, etc...very good. The staff is really good and very helpful to someone considering going vegan.

My family loves to come to Natural Food Restaurant. Sunday brunch is always a hit! I would recommend the French Toast. Their sandwiches are also a real treat of deliciousness. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you're not sure what you'd like to eat, the staff is very knowledgeable about their menu and can make excellent recommendations. You won't be disappointed!
