This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve ordered and every time it’s been wrong. It’s my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt. I order brown sauce on my sub but it always ends up being barbecue. If they don’t have it then why is it always an option
Sandwich was ok , I 've tasted better in other subways (who were more generous in sauce and meat). But my biggest surprise was when they told me that you can only put 5 vegetables on it !!! Everywhere I went I could put a bit of everything (except the extras of course), but here just 5 and they put a small amount of them. Very disappointed. For the price I feel like I just ate bread. Edit: taking another star away, because I just checked and the person that served me was wrong, I CAN put more vegetables on my sandwich! I just paid food I was sad with, because I believed the person ! Lost my money
My experience ordering from Subway through the Deliveroo app was positive, as all of my items arrived on time, and the sandwiches were still fresh while the drinks were still cold.
Terrible experience today, placed an order, then when we looked at order status and realised it was totally different to our order. We have tried to call multiple times but phone not answered. Driver arrived with wrong order and tried to insist we accept the incorrect order saying it was not his fault. Shocking as app told us Driver was in the store while we were trying to correct the mistake. So we have paid for an order we have not received and both subway and justeat have taken pur money and no one is even making any attempt to fix the issue. Awful service from both companies
