Cinnamon - Aberdeen City

You would think if you had an 8pm dinner booking and only ordered a main course with sides, you would not still be waiting for your food at 9.25pm. 1. Arrive bang on time for your booking and watch as staff discuss where should we seat them 2. Give waitress drinks order and have that order completely ignored, have a guy come over and apologise and retake our order (without us asking to order either time). Odd. 3. Order food and so begins the long long wait. Eventually ask someone and 5 mins later someone arrives asking if we had ordered starters. No sir we didn 't we ordered only mains over an hour ago.... 4. Food comes, presumably because they forgot about us until prompted. 5. Fair play to them the food was incredible but we barely had time to savour it as they had made us so late. 6. Ask for the bill which of course arrives at light speed and of course with no discount or good will gesture. 7. Asked on way out if everything was ok and tell them food was out of this world but that they had us waiting nearly 90 minutes for one course. Staff had no interest in us at all or in our comments and just saw us on our way. That 's really the situation where a twenty quid gift card and an apology we 're really busy tonight would come in appreciated and understood. No second chance for Cinnamon from me.

Food was goo but it took to long between courses. Room was freezing. They forgot our drinks. Average at best

Waited 45 minutes for starters, the mains arrived instead. Nice food but not great , it will be a long tie before I go back.

Lovely food, very nicely presented. A cut above the usual curry. I little on the expensive side but ideal for a special occasion.

A very tasty meal. We especially enjoyed the game dishes.
