The Shepherds Arms - Aberdare

This restaurant is a great spot to meet up with friends and socialize. They have a good variety of drinks to choose from! Also, they are still being mindful of COVID-19.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the staff is very friendly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food that you receive. Shaun and his team do an excellent job running the pub. I hope it stays open for many years to come.

I am on the extremely vulnerable list, so I have to be very careful when I go out. I am happy to report that Shaun and his staff made me feel confident and safe. There were precautions in place from the moment I arrived until I left. From the extra hand sanitizing stations to the social distancing and the staff wearing masks, it felt like Shaun and his team had everything covered. I was with some friends, but Shaun and Nicole welcomed us all and made sure we had a great time while ensuring everyone followed the Covid restrictions. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning.

Went there on a Saturday night and was lovely and quiet! Perfect if you like a quiet drink. Left very happy.

Absolutely fine, although in this day and age it's surprising that they don't accept cards.
