Panago Pizza - Abbotsford

We ordered late night delivery from here, we got a large pizza when the pizza arrived it was destroyed the pizza looked like it had been dropped on the ground then was delivered to us, it was disgusting. We called the store immediately and they sent a new pizza and we gave them back the one that they delivered to us and the other driver was in shock. The new pizza ended up giving us servere food poisoning. We called panago in the morning letting them know what happened we were told the manager at the south fraser way location would call us for a refund but it's been over a week. I would never order from here again.

I've been a long time customer of Panago, but I took a break from this business for 2 years because I noticed the quality of their pizza had declined. Nevertheless, I decided to try them out again with the hopes that the quality would have improved. I was wrong. The pizza hardly had any meat on it, and it was flat, dull and lifeless. I've had Delisio frozen pizza that was better. I'll probably give them another chance... but maybe in 5 years. Apparently 2 years wasn't enough time for them to get their act together. Despite the underwhelming pizza, I do have to give them credit for having great honey garlic wings and caesar salads. They were great. In addition, the store itself was clean and the service was bright and cheerful.

Super friendly and helpful. Pizza was great. Ordered online but ended up placing two orders. They were able to put them together so did not have to wait so long.

Good quick service, clean and tidy kitchen and store. Always happy to pick up my pizza from here. Staff are wonderful

Best Panago location in Abby! (The one on Mt Lehmen and the other in Clayburn Plaza are often behind on orders, as well over the years I've found the pizza underdone at times from those locations. This location makes it right every time!
