Bidrage med feedbackDuring our visit, a man in a McDonald's jacket was seen talking to two senior gentlemen, who were praising him for the restaurant's performance (which was not true). It seems like the place is only managed well when the boss is present, as otherwise the cleanliness and service suffer. The drive-through staff also seem unaware of how to handle food and drinks properly. Deliveries are even worse most of the time. On occasion, the place is fine, but usually, there are issues such as lack of toilet paper and garbage not being taken care of. Good employees come and go, with the more competent ones often being transferred elsewhere. Overall, the restaurant seems to struggle with maintaining quality and consistency.
We visited this McDonald's location after enjoying the Agrifair's "mini donut drive-thru" experience. Our main reason for stopping by was to get a quick meal for our hungry grandmother at home. We ordered some drinks, large fries, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, and a Habanero McChicken at the drive-thru. Due to the pandemic, McDonald's wasn't allowing dine-in service, so the drive-thru line was long, but the staff managed it well and we didn't have to wait too long. When we got back home, our grandmother complained about being hungry, but overall, our meal was tasty. The fries were hot, the drinks were cold, and the burgers were up to McDonald's usual standards. Although they made a mistake with my order, giving me a regular McChicken instead of the Habanero one I requested, it didn't dampen our experience. The highlight of our meal was the Little Donuts. We would recommend this McDonald's location for its consistent food quality and service. Food: 4/5 Service: 4/5 Value: 5/5 Recommended. (Note: The correct address for this location is 1858 McCallum Rd)
The staff at the restaurant neglected to add cream to the coffee. Despite cream being listed on the receipt and written on the cup, no cream was actually added to the coffee.
Stopped by the drive-thru to get an apple pie, unfortunately they were out of apple pies. Fortunately they had other great pastries. I will be back as the location is really good.
The wife and I were out for the morning. It was close to noon so we decided to stop for quick lunch at McDonald 's at McCallum Junction. First time at this McDonald 's and it seem relatively new. We went to counter to order. Wife order first. Then, I asked about the angus burger on their menu board , right behind the servers. It showed $6.99 for meal. So I said I will have the Angus burger meal for $6.99. Girl said that it is not $6.99, but rather $9 plus. I said but why does it say on the board $6.99? She replied it is a mistake. I responded , I want it for $6.99 . She did not like that, and said she could not do it. Before I could say get the manager, she said If you really really really want it for that price I will do it. , she had a bit of an attitude. I responded, I really want it. In the end I got it for that price. but I was little taken by this girls attitude toward me.
