Dinner x celebrate a friend's birthday. We had talked about the skills of chef Mattia ...and we were not disappointed!!! Anything else. Fish-based dinner that Mattia chooses personally. Let's start with a hot polentine appetizer with frogs. To follow a dish with capsanta, branzino, granseola and shrimp...cotte with absolute mastery and presented in an eye-catching way: a delicacy for the palates of the present. To follow homemade noodles with raw scampi (cotti x chi wished): with a delicate but persistent taste. All accompanied by a vermentino di Gallura Argiolas, absolutely at the height of the excellent courses. Finally, the final blow of the chef, the millefoglie with pastry cream made in presence by Mattia. What to say... the quality of the service, the goodness and freshness of the ingredients, the skill and sympathy of the young chef deserve more than a visit ... if nothing else to taste the many dishes that the chef has in his meat.
