Dinner x celebrate a friend's birthday. We had talked about the skills of chef Mattia ...and we were not disappointed!!! Anything else. Fish-based dinner that Mattia chooses personally. Let's start with a hot polentine appetizer with frogs. To follow a dish with capsanta, branzino, granseola and shrimp...cotte with absolute mastery and presented in an eye-catching way: a delicacy for the palates of the present. To follow homemade noodles with raw scampi (cotti x chi wished): with a delicate but persistent taste. All accompanied by a vermentino di Gallura Argiolas, absolutely at the height of the excellent courses. Finally, the final blow of the chef, the millefoglie with pastry cream made in presence by Mattia.
