Bidrage med feedbackHands down. Verdense beste! We had a five course dinner. I would say the concept truly reflects the Nordic cuisine, specifically Sunnmøre region. I was amazed by the staff’s knowledge regarding what they serve. In addition to that, when i ask one of them where did you get this mug set, i was informed at once. Overall, I would say atmosphere 8.5/10, food in terms creativity 9.5/10, taste 9/10. And here some of the food pictures like Seasonal vegetables, Klipfish from Dybvik Veal from Edel Gaard and lastly my favourite sourdough bread served with butter leek oil and shredded dry fish. The wild garlicky taste that comes from leek was very successful. Some other details regarding the five course: the butter sauce in seasonal vegetable, the level of cooking meat and fish was literally perfect. Lastly, the umami taste from bone marrow combined with the veal and wild garlic was very good. I would absolutely suggest this place to have a truly Nordic cuisine experience.
Inspiring, creatiw, delicious food. no Michelin star, no pretentious atmosphere, no hyper attentive waiter. only good food for a good price (especially for norweg. 5 unforgettable courses 4 free small extra courses 2 glasses wein for 1000 kr. for the quality of food, that is a stealing even in southern Europe.

Incredible tasting menu. very friendly and casual setting despite the food very high. everything was the best version of itself with all local ingredients. really a special experience.
I had very high expectations coming here, most of them were fulfilled, but unfortunately some of the dishes on the 5-course menu went too salty. that was not only my opinion, but was sung by other of our party. the waiter was quite knowledgeable, but almost inaudible, although there were not so many other motzen in the event then. the second cure, grilled seasonal vegetables, was probably the most tasty, but also almost unusable by the niche saltiness. the whole experience was saved by an amazing dessert that I will be long in the future.
