Vasty Microgreens - Aalesund

The food is amazing and something I was searching for a while in Norway local norwegian dishes! Finally a vegan restaurant that doesn't serve only bowls and burgers but awesomely tasty vegan waffles with different toppings. Don't think twice if you have the possibility to go there. It is definitely worth it and you won't regret it!

Run don 't walk to Vasty. You don 't have to be vegan to enjoy this restaurant, the food is unique and insanely delicious. I especially loved the Happy Salmon. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we went back in the morning for a late breakfast/early lunch before leaving Alesund. Five enthusiastic stars.

Fantastic food we tried the Hav and the Villniss for a fair price! A must for all those that seek the flavours of Norway in a new, original and consious way. The host is really passionate about their restaurant, and that passion obviously shows, from the side dishes up to the delicious coffee. When in Ålesund, don't hesitate to stop by.

How lucky I've been to find this wonderful and delicious restaurant with amazing wholefood plant-based food (everything is vegan here but there is something tasty for everyone). Prepared with real passion, great cook and flavours from norway. Prices were much lower than other basic restaurant or fastfood. Great discovery in Ålesund.
