An authentic Anatolian cuisine for very cheap trips that we found in the aachener elsassstrasse the restaurant “Antep Sofrasi”. the environment was already the entrance area with its covered and heated terrace. in the inner was a very harmonious image with glittering vitrines, which in refreshing green background lighting made a harmonious impression in which all foods were presented, so that they enjoyed our heart and eye. fresh meat, sweet, salad and laughed. behind a tressing with grill, arranges well-looking staff fixed and competent, this was our impression that feeds. bright clean beautiful and fashionable table, modern comfortable chairs invited to take a place. it was just right. the loudness of the numerous guests is expressing the Turkish joy of life and also testifies to the satisfaction of the guests, German and Turkish guests and the great popularity of restaurants. the service, as expected after our first impression, we were happy and attentively advised and supervised by very friendly service staff who were also well and evenly dressed. the map shows the many cases of Turkish cuisine in excellent manner, as the map has almost everything from this typical kitchen. there is a game kahvalt (Turkish breakfast) there from 8:00 a.m. on the afternoon, new and inexpensive lunches are offered daily. on Sunday there is even brunch. çorbalar (suppen) meze (appetizers) salate in many variations the main dishes kebab grilled meat juices Turkish French pizzen pide Turkish fladenbrot with fillings pilavlar various rice boulgur dishes the Turkish and very sweet desserts and sweets are offered in a vitrine. we decided after consulting through the friendly and very competent service service before we received a court with fladenbrot and yogurt and a sharply seasoned red paste. 1x red lens soup to 3,90 was served plentiful, in a deep dish, this delicious suppe mouthwarm. fine cut krimsonen gave this suppe the last stroke without affecting the taste of the lenses. 1x chunks filled with walnut and chop meat to 2.90 were served 2 large fried bead balls on fresh petersley. the two large bulguhr balls were skillfully fried (without unpleasant fat taste) with a very tasty filling of seasoned, chopped walnut and bark meat. our tipp: this appetizer is thick for 2 people. as main dish 1 x döner with salat in fine fluffy to 5,50 big eyes, we as this almost huge, plentiful tin, was served in the movie on a teller. the finest brot was good and hearty, the fresh salad in it, here especially a wonderful white cauliflower salad, and the seasoned bark quality was excellent. 1x skewer on finely grilled eggplant puree, paprika tomaten and bulgur to 13.50, that was the top dissolved lamb, cut in cube, skillfully grilled, tender and of excellent quality. the seasoned this dish was highlighted by the seasoned from the fresh ingredients such as aubergin, tomato and paprika. the extra and abundantly served wulgur surprised by the color of the tomate processed in it and the back-greening season. to the conclusion we dared, 2 small pistachios filled small chicks of leaf. our judgement: an excellent bourgeois Turkish cuisine with ingredients from fresh products. Visited for dinner, pity that it was Sunday and due to the busy day, some starter meze's already finished. But still it was very nice and delicious. We ordered Eggplant Kebap and Pistachio Kebap, both were very good. Gavurdagı Salad was excellent. Heard that their Sunday Brunch is incredible, definitely will go again.

Startig from the staff, excelent service. People that welcome you with a real smile and warmth, makes you feel good the moment you get in. Waiters, were perfectly coordinated,polite, service very fast. Eventhough the whole restaurant was fully booked no wonder why the lovely owner with his staff still found a spot for us 6 more people, because I insisted: I‘m not a big fan of turkish food but this is definitely another level of cooking turkish. My favourite restaurant in Aachen from now on. Amazing perfectly cooked meat,loved all the starters and the baklava of course. Last but not least, i finally saw a stylish turkish restaurant in Aachen.
