Excellent meal. Started with the lamb meatballs, and they were so delicious that I can't wait to have them again. Then we had the stuffed cabbage and the sausage… very good. We will definitely be back. Sorry it took us so long to try the place.

I'm vegetarian, so I had the cheese board (without meat), Bin 56 roasted Brussels sprouts, the truffle fries, my wife had the Rhode Island calamari. We also had the “Taste of Croatia” wine flight. The crackers provided with the cheese board were stale, but this was forgivable as the cheeses were all outrageous. Konoba is the best restaurant in Huntington. The service is excellent, though the check in is unconventional as you have to go to the bar. The servers are very attentive, friendly, and helpful in making recommendations. For folks who don't have much familiarity, Croatian food is a close mix of central european and mediterranean food, so think excellent grilled and roasted meats in addition to seafood and their own takes on spinach pies. Resident of Huntington for 23 years, been to every restaurant. Konoba stands out on a very short list of the best. ALWAYS friendly, efficient service, plenty of food, and the owner is usually there, smiling and hands-on. It is my go-to.
