The Horse and Hound has something for everyone. The steak sandwich, salmon burger, and Maryland crab cake sandwiches are go to items for an after work meal. My vegetarian and vegan friends get the veggie burger over salad. Their main dinner entrees always satisfy. The duck, steak, and salmon are always presented beautifully and delicious. Quaint throwback atmosphere. Friendly and attentive servers, large portions and great salad options. We will be returning for comedy night and open jam.

The food was mediocre. Nothing was hot. Fancy names for simple dishes. Nothing about the presentation of the food was special. The best was the salad. A wide variety of greens that were fresh and crunchy. A couple of pieces of tomato for color. It's quality had gone down over the years.

Never a bad meal and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

I had a magical evening here. This is a wonderful place to dine. We came for the St. Patrick's celebration, so the traditional corned beef and potatoes was in order. Phenomenal meal and service. Bartender has a cool vibe, if you just want to hang and chat.
