First of all the ambience and setting was very warm and cozy. It was gorgeous. The service was also fantastic. However apart from the dessert, the food, for everyone we were with, was honestly bland, small, and extremely expensive for what we got. I had the burrata, the short ribs and the creme brûlée. We had a lovely Thanksgiving meal at Charlotte's! Very cozy, but with natural light as well. Nice fire in the fireplace. Excellent service and wonderful food. Really beautiful!

I made reservations for dinner on Sept 29th. When in conversation, I mentioned I wanted to propose to my girlfriend before dinner, but wanted someone to take pictures. The lady said they could help me with that. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lady who showed us a table, but also asked if we wanted pictures taken.
