Wouldn't normally write a review for kfc, but went to ice a few times during our stay in Cartagena and was served by the most friendly and attentive staff I've ever met. Didn't get his name bus was a man maybe 60, with glasses. Hopefully he gets the credit he deserves!!

As a Trip Advisor DESTINATION EXPERT for Colombia with 30 years of visits and now living 4 years in Medellin and exploring just about every city large and small it is my pleasure to provide this reasoned and accurate review of the KFC in Cartagena. So I made it back to Cartagena after our 6 plus month lock down quarantine that we had in Colombia so it is good to get out and travel again. As I live in Medellin and travel all over Colombia it is not often that I can enjoy a meal at KFC so when I find one I am all in. The service was great when ordering our meal and the chicken came out piping hot. The standard taste and it fully satisfied my palate for something different from the bland and usual Colombian food that I eat often as I live in Medellin. I am glad that I stopped by and I do recommend and I will be back.

Loved our crispy chicken and chips . Much better than the competitor along the block on the previous night. Chicken was piping hot, crispy and tasty and chips were well enough cooked in Colombia they are usually slightly undercooked . Soft drinks you helped yourself and had free refills. Great value

Sé que para viajar debes probar comida del lugar, pero si quieres ir a lo seguro por si no te gustan los mariscos o los frejoles o quizá las arepas tienes la comida rápida. Aquí probé alguna variedad de comida rápida en este país: Dan el pollo con miel y salsa bbq !!!! Supo muy bien .... La gaseosa tiene refill y me ayudaron con las monedas al pagar pues recién llegaba al país. Excelente trato
